- Typical US timeline: 2–7 business days to print, then carrier transit (usually another 2–5 business days).
- You receive tracking when the order ships.
- Holiday and peak seasons can add a few days.
Returns
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size choice, or color preference.
We will make it right if you receive a print defect, damaged item, or the wrong item. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a reprint or refund as appropriate.
